Slimquick Pure Drink Mix Review

Hi ladies!
We all want to lose more weight right? I mean if we have weight to lose that is. But has it ever been as easy as just taking a drink of water? Well with this SlimQuick Pure mix, it really is that easy.  During my testing period I lost a total of 18 lbs. This was over 4 weeks. Bear in mind I am diabetic, I have lupus, and celiac disease that affects my metabolism and body from being able to lose weight. It has taken me 2 years to be able to go back to work and I worked hard to find natural products that worked to get me started on this path. This is one of them that I like very much!

I tried this on and off for multiple weeks to see if I could tell the difference when I was drinking this and when I was not and let me tell you I really could.  First of all this product does very well on appetite suppression. It also gave me a lot of energy. I work 12 hours shifts and when I am doing that, I get tired after about half the shift. When I am drinking Slimquick, I do not feel that tiredness nearly as much. I have to be careful when I drink it because it you are drinking it about 5 hours before you plan on going to bed it can help you stay awake vs allowing you to sleep.  In my case that is easy to go over if I am not careful as I work from 6am-6:30pm. I usually go to bed at about 9pm.

Basically this is a drink mix. I drink lots of water and so this was great for me. It tastes like real strawberries and not the artificial kind like you taste in candy but really like infused water fresh berry flavor. You can taste a little of the vitamins in it but it is really not unpleasant at all!  You are to drink one packet in water the first day and then 2 packets the second day. I adjusted as I needed to. On days that I did not use this product I was more hungry. (12 hours of non stop moving is a good way to work an appetite up) and was eating frequently but, I also eat healthy. When I work I tend to eat light foods like hummus or chicken salad with a mix of veggies to dip into it and some fruit. But I also avoid gluten. I have been eating this way for several years so that is not the reason for my weight loss. This product made a huge difference in the amount of weight I lost in a small amount of time. I generally can lose up to 5-7 Lbs a month without this product. I do between 6-8 miles of walking during work and generally 1-3 daily.  This is accumulated over the course of the day and is the only real exercise I get as I am on the go. I wanted to be sure that this was out there because I do not sit around and even then I try to get up and do activity for several hours a day.  Everyone is different. I have been focusing on gaining more muscle to help boost my metabolism.

I have a few leather items in my home and I was always afraid to clean them because I didn't want to damage the material. One chair I have was pretty beaten up as I have children and got it from a friend that has children too.  Needless to say, it needed cleaning and I really thought it wouldn't come clean but I decided to try these products and I was pleasantly surprised.

When I recieved these items, I was curious to see how it would work on an old beat up gamer chair.

Here is the before pics. Dry and dirty and yes has some kitty pin holes from claws.

After, the color looks way better, Nice shine to it. The top area is clean but is worn out from lots of use hence the darker spot. That did not come out. But check out the shine on the leather now!  Marker came off from kids writing on the chair before we got it.  That was awesome.  I even did my buddies wallet to see how it affected his leather and it was awesome. It got the sweat marks out and it brought back a rich chocolate swirl color to his leather. It became much softer and looks almost brand new.

I have to say I recommend this product.  I was very skeptical but was pleasantly surprised.  If it can save this old beat up chair (BTW my HUSBAND thanks you Leather Nova) from being a curb alert then it surely can do wonders for other leather pieces that are in much better shape then this chair.  The combination of these products made a huge difference and the condition of the leather is so much softer now then it was when we started. I am going to continue to treat the chair and see how it progresses over time with better care.  This works on boots, wallets, sofas, cars, saddles, purses and more!

I love this product and it is very easy to use.  Thanks to #brandbacker I was given a chance to review this awesome new hair product!  The Kiss Instawave.  This is the first tangle free automatic curler that I have ever used. Easy to use in any hand in any direction thanks to the button that curls whichever way you prefer!  Its great for those in a rush as it also includes an automatic shutoff for 90 minutes. So if you like to rush out it will turn itself off should you forget!  This product also offers 2 heat settings, low and high and a max temp of 420 degrees.

The first thing you should know is this baby gets hot fast! It has a ceramic wand so its great on the hair and doesnt tangle. The best part is that it uses an automatic curling action in order to wind the hair for you.  It creates great curls that are tight on the high setting and losser waves/curls on the low setting.

It is important to note here that you must use this curling iron on dry hair only!!!

I know some of the other brands are ok for wet or damp but this one specifies on dry and I want to make sure you all are sure how it works and enjoy it fully!

I noticed during the first use of this product that I wasnt getting full curls BUT I figured out what I was doing wrong.  There are 4 outside fingers and one larger one that is closer to the barrel. If you are cruling away from your face make sure your hair is over the top of that barrel and that it is getting caught in the first inside finger then just let it go and hold til curl is desired tightness. It is important to note here that you want to curl from your root to get a full curl.

If you are curling towards your face you would want to have the barrel under the hair before you being the curl also again starting at the root. It will grab automatically and let it continue to catch until the full length is around the barrel. Hold for in my case 6-10 seconds and recieve gorgeous curls.

I will be posting a demo video for this product.  I have not had the time to do so yet as I need to figure out how to do it in my bathroom LOL.  But it is on its way. 

Love this new product and you all should go get one today. It works better then any of the curlers I have ever used and is a bargain at Target, Ulta or Amazon. The price can't be beat for $59.99.

Phantom Fit Reflective Ankle or Wrist Bands Review

PhantomFit is a great brand of products that is designed to keep you safe while running, riding or exercising.  They are designed to be convienent and high quailty. I recently had a chance to try these reflective ankle bands out and the weather has been pretty awful so this was a great time to test them as visibility is worse at night and even more so when its wet!

As you can see in the image above a small amount of light makes these bands reflect quickly and it makes the light bounce around the area around them. So in essence they light you up!


Phantomfit bands are highly reflective and fit snugly and because they are velco adjustable they fit ankles, and arms.  They are also great for motocycle or scooter riders to help keep them visible in dark or bad weather conditions.  If someone needed to ride at night most people on bikes are not visible in dark conditions unless they have reflectors on the bike. Even so, they are still hard to see unless headlights hit them just right. These ankle bands would solve that issue as the light reflective surface is much larger then the tiny reflective areas on a bike. What about you runners out there?  How many of you own reflective vests for early morning or late evening running? Most don't and aren't visible to drivers unless it is right before the light hits you.  These ankle bands again would solve this issue.  Being visible in dark conditions or in bad weather is a very real problem that I have faced for years.  On both sides of the line too. Walking with kids at night and cars fly past doing 30 over the speed limit, or being the driver and not seeing someone in the road until I am almost on them. They are nice and soft and chewy. They come in a variety of flavors and I love them all.  As I have to eat gluten free bars like this become a good source of nutrician when I cannot eat things that the rest of my family can.  The Lola Granola bars are made to be gluten free, and also non GMO. So friends this is the way to go and a revolution in granola bars.

True Sol Colon Cleanse Review

I recently go a chance to review Bamboo Cutting Boards from Surpahs brand. These cutting boards are pretty awesome. First they are lightweight, second, super easy to clean, and third, they don't hold the smell of things you are cutting. I have mine hanging in my kitchen it makes them easy to reach and keeps them off the counters. It also makes for easy drying when I wash them.
You should always treat cutting boards with any light oil after use to keep them in great shape.

I figured that out and had to stop it as the medication was knocking me out!  So now that that is gone, I was able to test this product properly and must say I notice the boost within about 15 mins of taking it when I use it in pill form and a bit faster if I use it in a smoothie or yogurt.  I have several health conditions that make me tired a lot and with 3 kids that are busy all the time, I need a boost a lot to keep me going.  So this makes a good product for me.

I recently had an opportunity to try this new probiotic and must admit was I was pretty shocked. The product works very well. I am used to taking 30 Billion /10 strain probiotics and had not noticed a huge difference other then my stomach aches are much less. BeltLock Review - Why you should invest in this!

They are easy to install as well. You just slide them over the top of your belt buckle reciever.  If this is for a carseat you can leave it in place worry free. To remove it you need a key or something similar you can slide thru the other opening to press the reciever clip to under the buckle. Might seem like a pain but for me its was good so that my older kids don't accidently unlatch my youngest's carseat.  You should invest in this if you are worried about your children and thier ability to unlock the carseat buckle, you should definately buy one if you just want to have that extra set of security. The inventor of this product is a Mom also and has kids best interest in mind. Help her spread the word and make cars a safer place for your children.
